TECUMSEH, Neb. — The Tecumseh City Council on Sept. 15 approved Pay Application #5 from Farabee Mechanical for $217,798.55 and approved the meeting’s consent agenda.
City Clerk Janelle Moran recorded that Council Member Lorie Topp moved to approve Pay Application #5 and Council Member Tyler Speckmann seconded. Moran recorded the vote as: Britt — aye; Brommer — aye; Speckmann — aye; Topp — aye; Beethe — not present; Goracke — not present. The motion carried.
The consent agenda — including approval of the Sept. 2, 2025 meeting minutes and payment of city bills — was approved on a motion by Topp, seconded by Council Member Alicia Brommer. The clerk recorded the same voting pattern and noted the meeting adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
