Tecumseh City Council approves $19,516 pool bathhouse flooring and adopts summer rec wage and pricing recommendations

The Tecumseh City Council on Feb. 2 unanimously approved a $19,516 quote from Midwest Concrete Coatings to resurface the pool bathhouse floor and adopted recommendations from the Parks & Recreation Board on summer recreation and pool wages and pricing.

The action occurred during the regular agenda. Councilmember Tyler Speckmann moved to approve the Midwest Concrete Coatings quote; Councilmember Travis Goracke seconded the motion. The vote was 6–0 in favor (Lance Beethe, Brian Britt, Alicia Brommer, Travis Goracke, Tyler Speckmann and Lorie Topp voting aye). The minutes do not record any nays or abstentions.

Council also approved Parks & Rec Board recommendations for Summer Rec and pool wages and pool pricing. That motion was made by Councilmember Speckmann and seconded by Councilmember Topp and carried 6–0.
