Fulton County approves 5‑year lease and several IT contracts, revises travel policy

Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve and execute a five‑year lease between Elect IT Solutions and Fulton County for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West in McConnellsburg at $250.00 per month with no increase; the motion carried with all in favor. Commissioners also approved Statement of Work #ETM12042025-001 between Elect IT Solutions and the county for IT staffing and support services, again by unanimous vote.
The board approved payment of CCAP PComp Contribution Invoice No. INVO62458 for $5,575.00. Commissioner Bunch moved to approve a quote from Amazon for a View Station for the Treasurer's Office in the amount of $784.22, submitted by Rick Grissinger of Elect IT Solutions; that motion passed unanimously.
On personnel policy, Commissioner Hann moved to revise Section 213, "Travel," of the county HR Manual to require employees who wish to use a personal vehicle to submit a request to the commissioners ahead of time explaining the reason. The revision was approved unanimously.
The approvals were presented as routine agenda items during the commission meeting; each motion was announced by the board and carried with the recorded notation "All in favor." Routine minutes and payroll were also approved earlier in the session.
Next steps: the lease will take effect when the space becomes available; the SOW and equipment purchases will be executed per their respective vendor terms.
