At its March 10 meeting the Enoch City Planning Commission voted to table consideration of an amendment to the annexation declaration area (proposed edits to section 3.5.3). City Manager Ryan Robinson said the amendment would make modest updates to development standards, and suggested Public Works Director Hayden White present technical details. Commissioners agreed to table the item so staff can prepare proper public-notice language and present the proposal at a future hearing.
Commissioner Delaine Finlay moved to table the annexation amendment; the motion was seconded and passed unanimously. No detailed changes to section 3.5.3 were considered or approved at the March 10 meeting.
