Fulton County commissioners approve payables, personnel moves and multiple appointments

The board also approved appointments and reappointments: Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to appoint Thomas Peppernick to the Fulton County Industrial Development Authority Board of Directors for a four-year term to Dec. 31, 2027; Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to reappoint Margie McGuire (Contractor), Paula Shives (Member-at-Large), Thomas Morton (Elected Official) and Daniel Schriever (Member-at-Large) to the Fulton County Agricultural Land Preservation Board through Dec. 31, 2027. All motions recorded as 'All in favor.'
The minutes note two brief executive sessions for personnel matters (9:36–9:38 a.m. and 10:52–11:30 a.m.). A DCED financial monitoring interview listed for 11:30 a.m. was canceled by DCED, which asked to meet instead with SEDA COG and the Chief Clerk. The meeting adjourned at 11:45 a.m.
