Morrow County commissioners approve routine payments, contracts and ADA window quote

At its March 18, 2026 session, the Morrow County Board approved a series of routine items and contracts in unanimous roll-call votes.
The board approved a grouped set of bills (items 1 through 124) after a motion and second. Clerk and commissioners moved and seconded the action and the roll call returned affirmative votes.
Other approved items included payments to listed vendors, a transfer of funds through the engineer’s fund, and approval of an annual microfilm storage services proposal for the North County recorder. The board also approved a quote from Atkins Construction for an ADA-accessible window in the board elections area and authorized issuance of a replacement check to Charter Communications (dated 01/23/2026) for $164.98 without requiring an affidavit.
Motions were moved and seconded in each case and were carried on roll-call votes. The recorded roll-call names mentioned during votes included Mister Siegfried, Mister Mason and Mister Abraham; those roll calls returned affirmative responses for the items considered at the meeting.
