The meeting concluded with a reading of a letter Mayor Ed Kolar received from a former resident and the council set its next regular meeting for Monday, Nov. 13, 2023. Councilmember Nie moved to adjourn at 7:32 p.m.; Councilmember Kerkes seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
