Councilmember Nie moved to approve the Community Fair agreement, and Councilmember Baldwin seconded; the motion carried unanimously. The council also approved a consent agenda that included Mayoral appointments to the DDA/Mainstreet Board (Jesse Nie through Dec. 31, 2024; Joe Pusta and Pat Shannon through Dec. 31, 2025) and the Building Department and Code Enforcement report for October 2023 after a motion by Councilmember Baldwin and a second by Pro-Tem Kerkes.
