The Bedford County Board of Commissioners approved an amendment to the county’s agreement with Rapid Financial Solutions, LLC (an indirect subsidiary of Tyler Technologies) at the March 10, 2026 meeting. The board approved a set of personnel actions for March 2026, including listed new hires (10 named individuals), multiple transfers and separations. Minutes list payroll and expenditure totals presented during the meeting, including payrolls of $433,170.32 (02.06.26), $398,947.70 (02.20.26) and $441,484.99 (03.06.26), and various general and program disbursements recorded in the minutes.
