Fulton County commissioners approve Franklin/Fulton drug-and-alcohol grant, hire Enforcement Officer and pass multiple routine financial actions

Fulton County commissioners on Jan. 13 approved a slate of routine administrative and financial measures, including a 2025–2030 Franklin/Fulton Grant Agreement that designates Franklin County as the single-county authority for the local Drug & Alcohol Program.

The board voted to approve and execute Grant Agreement #4100101172 after Executive Development Director Julie Dovey presented the contract terms. Commissioner Randy H.
