EDC: Poor House Tract under study; no sale or real-estate engagement planned

The Northumberland County Economic Development Commission on Feb. 17 reviewed analysis of the Poor House Tract and heard that staff is not preparing the property for sale.

The Executive Director said the commission "is not yet at the stage of engaging real estate professionals or considering sale of the property," describing current work as analysis and evaluation of potential development options.
