The Raeford City Council on Sept. 1 accepted a $6,558,000 State Revolving Loan offer from the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality’s Division of Water Infrastructure to fund improvements at the city’s wastewater treatment plant and approved a related budget amendment and contract award.
