The council approved the second reading of Ordinance 2023-03, which amends Chapter 1, Section 1-11 of the Milan City Code to broaden enforcement authority to include additional personnel. Councilmember Baldwin moved the measure and Councilmember Nie seconded; the roll call vote was recorded as seven ayes and zero nays.
