The court adopted a resolution authorizing County Judge Keith Schroeder to sign agreements necessary to purchase a warranty deed and obtain an easement for a drainage improvement project. Commissioner Vincent Svec moved for the resolution and Commissioner Bobby Urbanosky seconded; the motion carried on a unanimous vote of the judge and four commissioners.
