Pennsauken BOE accepts $341,035 high-impact tutoring grant, authorizes RFP for intensive services

The Pennsauken Township Board of Education on April 15 accepted a $341,035 High-Impact Tutoring Grant to expand after-school and targeted tutoring for students in grades 3 through 5. The board also authorized staff to issue a Request for Proposal for high-dosage, intensive tutoring services funded by the grant.

Board materials say the grant will allow the district to provide after-school tutoring targeted at students disproportionately affected by pandemic-related learning loss.
