Domestic Relations Director Tina Gress presented a letter of retirement to the Fulton County Board of Commissioners on March 3, 2026, and the board voted to accept it effective July 11, 2026.
Gress told commissioners she has worked since her teenage years, including stints at the Fulton County Newspaper and as a realtor, and noted her service on the Fulton County Medical Center board of directors. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to "regretfully accept" Gress's retirement; the motion carried with all commissioners present voting in favor.
The board thanked Gress for 25 years of service and noted that her early arrival at the meeting was to help make the transition easier. No successor was named during the meeting.
