The Lake Stevens School District Board of Directors unanimously approved a comprehensive consent agenda at its July 10 regular meeting that included payroll warrants, personnel actions and a long list of donations to district schools.
Director Iseminger moved to approve the consent agenda, which Director Lund seconded. The motion passed on a unanimous voice/roll-call vote. The consent items included warrant ranges and amounts; June payroll Warrant Nos. 313059 to 313112 totaling $12,305,633.66; and personnel actions covering certified and classified hires, resignations and one retirement.
The agenda also itemized donations approved as part of the consent package. Examples include $15,080.64 from the Lake Stevens Education Foundation for innovative teaching and learning, a $4,816.89 Hillcrest PTA gift to replace lunchroom tables, and multiple PTSA and club donations designated for calculators, field trips, athletic and ASB accounts. The consent list also included approval to surplus district items.
The Board’s approval follows routine review by district staff; no member requested separation of any consent item for further discussion during the meeting.
The Board took the vote at the beginning of its decision items and carried the motion without objection. The district will post the detailed consent agenda and associated exhibits on its public records for reference.
