Finance Director Heidi Dombrowski briefed the board Feb. 16 on a proposal to refinance a $5,970,000 principal balance of 2014A General Obligation Promissory Notes through a local bank; formal action on a refinancing agreement will be brought to the March County Board meeting.
Highway Commissioner Casey Beyersdorf reviewed the 2021 Highway Department Report.
The board approved the Emergency Fire Warden list submitted by the Wisconsin DNR and the Waupaca County Local Emergency Planning Committee membership list. The board also appointed Jaleen Hacklander and Martha Bailey to three‑year terms on the Neuschafer Community Library board; motions carried without a negative vote.
Chair Koeppen placed correspondence (WCEDC Monthly Report and Forward Analytics January 2021 issue) on file. Supr. T. Murphy moved to adjourn and Chair Koeppen declared the meeting adjourned at 10:34 a.m. County Clerk Jill Lodewegen certified the minutes.
