Waupaca County Board repeals two code chapters, approves zoning amendment and property MOU
Summary
On March 16, 2021 the Waupaca County Board repealed Chapters 22 and 24 of the county code, approved a zoning map amendment for a Town of Lind parcel, authorized an MOU to transfer the Merc Building to Clintonville, and appointed a citizen to the Nutrition Advisory Council.

Ordinance repeals: The Board repealed Chapter 22 of the Waupaca County Code of Ordinances (Smoking Pollution Control) and Chapter 24 (Hazard Communication Program). Both repeals were recommended by the Legislative, Judicial, Ethics, Safety & Security Committee; Supervisor Bosquez moved the Chapter 22 repeal (seconded by Supervisor Will) and moved the Chapter 24 repeal (seconded by Supervisor Zaug).
