Fulton County approves IT lease, new dispatch clocks and two-year hazmat agreement

Fulton County Commissioners on Dec. 23 approved several operational contracts aimed at updating county information-technology services and emergency-response equipment.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve a five-year lease with Elect IT Solutions for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West, McConnellsburg, for $250 per month with no scheduled increases; the board approved the lease to take effect when the space becomes available. The board also approved SOW # ETM12042025-001, a statement of work with Elect IT Solutions for IT staffing and support services, and a $784.22 purchase of a View Station for the Treasurer’s Office submitted by Elect IT Solutions.
EMA/911 Director Brian Barton told commissioners the dispatch clocks in the 911 center are more than two decades old and need replacement. Barton said "Pre Alert" is in place and that the information has been sent out to the fire departments. The board approved a ComPros quote of $4,940.00 to purchase and install two new dispatch clocks, including hardware and installation.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the 2026 Mission Critical Partners Regional Support Contract for professional services for EMA/911; commissioners noted the contract is fully grant funded and approved it. The board also approved a two-year Hazmat Team agreement with McCutcheon Enterprises, Inc., with payments of $2,500 for fiscal year 2026 and $7,500 for fiscal year 2027.
All recorded motions at the meeting were approved "all in favor." The lease is to take effect when the office space is available; the ComPros clock purchase and the Mission Critical Partners contract were executed at the meeting. No vote tallies were recorded in the transcript beyond the notation "all in favor."
