Fulton County commissioners unanimously approve $159,968 in payables, payroll and routine administrative renewals

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved multiple routine financial and administrative items at its Jan. 20, 2026 meeting, including $159,968.15 in accounts payable and payroll dated Jan. 23 totaling $126,747.73.

Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve accounts payable dated Jan. 20, 2026 in the amount of $159,968.15; the motion was recorded as "All in favor." The transcript lists a fund breakdown: General Fund $140,001.80; Liquid Fuels $7,356.00; SFC Technology Grant $183.59; Law Library $264.02; 911 $392.50; Hazmat $46.04; Domestic Relations $23.45; Capital Projects $2,291.00; Debt Service $6,594.03; Pass thru Funds $2,815.72.

The board approved two sets of minutes (Commissioners' Minutes and Salary Board Minutes from Jan. 13, 2026) and authorized payroll in the amount of $126,747.73. The board also approved a CCAP Eighth Class dues invoice for $10,323.00; executed a credit card approval form for Prothonotary Stephanie Sherman; and approved the 2026–2027 CCAP PCorP renewal (presented by Insurance Agent Bobby Snyder). Commissioners approved the CCAP PComp second installment payment of $5,575.00 toward a stated total contribution of $22,300.

Motions to enter and exit executive session for personnel matters were recorded at 11:22 a.m., 11:27 a.m., a second entry at 11:30 a.m. and an exit at 1:10 p.m.; the meeting adjourned at 1:36 p.m. All motions in the minutes are recorded as unanimous ('All in favor').
