Fulton County Commissioners on March 3 authorized a Krivak Trust payment of up to $35,000 and approved a series of routine financial and contract items, the board's minutes show.
Human Services Director Julie Dovey requested approval for a Krivak Trust application on behalf of an applicant (confidential under HIPAA). Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the request up to a maximum of $35,000; the motion passed unanimously. The board did not disclose the applicant’s identity in the public minutes.
The commissioners also approved Accounts Payables dated March 3, 2026, totaling $335,634.88 and Payroll dated March 6, 2026, totaling $132,711.81. The March 3 payables were itemized across county funds, including $291,026.05 from the General Fund and a $25,776.52 payment from Debt Service.
Other approved payments and contracts included a Plan Asset Invoice from Conrad Siegel for $3,844.25 to be paid from plan assets, and a lease from DBB for a printer for MDJ Heming’s office with a contract price of $3,647.00. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve the Plan Asset Invoice; Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved the printer lease; both motions were recorded as carried "all in favor."
Commissioners also authorized a CDBG "Delegation of Signing Authority" form enabling HR Administrator Mary Huston, Commissioner Steven L. Wible and Commissioner Randy H. Bunch to execute invoices for submission to SEDA COG. The board approved the February 2026 Pension Fund report as presented by Mary Huston and approved a Burial Expense Application for veteran Gary Allen Myers, who served in the Air Force during Desert Shield/Desert Storm.
Taken together, the motions formalize routine vendor payments, small equipment contracts and grant administration authority the commissioners said are necessary for ongoing county operations. The board adjourned at 1:03 p.m.
