Supervisor Gary Rayhons moved to approve the appointment; Supervisor Florence (Sis) Greiman seconded the motion, which the Board carried unanimously. The Board recorded affirmative votes and gave the appointment formal approval without any recorded dissent.
The action occurred during a short meeting in which the Board first approved a tentative agenda on a motion by Rayhons, seconded by Greiman, and then approved the March 16, 2026 minutes on a motion by Greiman, seconded by Rayhons. Osmund “Bud” Jermeland served as chair of the session. Auditor Michelle K. Eisenman attested to the minutes.
The Board adjourned at 10:16 a.m. on a motion by Supervisor Greiman; all supervisors present voted to adjourn. The Board noted it will meet again on March 24, 2026.
