Wynne School Board elects officers, approves consent agenda and budgets

The Wynne School District Board of Education convened March 16 and elected Mrs. Stacie Schlenker as president, Mr. Spencer Parker as vice president, Mr. Michael Hirons as secretary and Mrs. Leanne Lovell as disbursing officer. The board approved financial reports for all funds and invoices paid in February and heard an enrollment report showing 2,224 students as of March 16, 2026.
Board members approved the consent agenda by unanimous motion (moved by Mr. Michael Hirons and seconded by Mr. Spencer Parker). The consent agenda included routine minutes and other items presented for approval. The board also approved "Act 504" as the district’s cybersecurity policy under that consent action.
