Fulton County approves five-year lease and IT services agreement with Elect IT Solutions

Hann moved to "approve and execute a 5-year Lease between Elect IT Solutions and the County of Fulton for office space located at 101 Lincoln Way West, McConnellsburg, PA, in the amount of $250.00 per month with no increase, to take effect when the space is available." The motion carried with Commissioners Randy H. Bunch and Hervey P. Hann voting in favor; Commissioner Steven L. Wible was recorded absent.
The board also approved SOW # ETM12042025-001 between Elect IT Solutions and Fulton County for IT staffing and support services and approved a CCAP PComp first-installment invoice (INVO62458) for $5,575.00. In addition, Commissioners approved a quote from Amazon for a "View Station" for the Treasurer’s Office in the amount of $784.22, submitted by Rick Grissinger of Elect IT Solutions.
Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer (via Zoom) participated in the discussion on behalf of Elect IT Solutions. The lease motion specifies the lease will "take effect when the space is available"; no further timing detail or contingency language was recorded in the meeting minutes.
