Council placed Ordinance No. 25-26 (an amendment to Section 110.09 governing sewerage system charges) for second reading; no final vote was taken at the meeting. Williams noted streetlight charges have been included on utility bills since 2008 and provided fund statements for council review.
The council did not adopt the ordinance at the meeting; the item will return for further consideration and possible adoption at a subsequent session.
