Fulton County approves service agreements, staffing invoices, compensation plan and recycling event

Fulton County commissioners on Feb. 24 approved several contracts, invoices and community items during their regular meeting.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve and execute a Purchase of Service Agreement between the County of Fulton and Pressley Ridge (Child Welfare Services), effective Feb. 11, 2026 through June 30, 2026; the motion passed unanimously. Bunch also moved to approve a 2026 Compensation Plan for Services for Children Director Christine McQuade to be submitted to the state for compensation of wages; that motion passed unanimously as recorded.
Commissioner Steven L. Wible moved to approve an invoice from Elect IT Solutions for IT staffing and support services for March 2026 in the amount of $10,198.00, and separately moved to approve a CCAP PComp invoice for the third installment contribution of $5,575.00 (part of a $22,300.00 total contribution). Both motions were recorded as unanimous.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve and execute a letter of recommendation supporting MainStreet McConnellsburg's application for a T‑Mobile Community Grant intended to modernize downtown street lighting to enhance public safety and appearance; motion passed unanimously.
Chief Clerk Stacey M. Shives presented a 'Report of County Fee for Local Use Funds' to be submitted to PennDOT; Commissioner Wible moved to approve the report and the motion was recorded as passing unanimously. Recycling Coordinator and Elections Director Linda Doyle submitted a flyer for Electronics and Appliances Recycling Days on March 18 (12 p.m.–5 p.m.) and March 21 (9 a.m.–1 p.m.) at 610 East North Street, McConnellsburg; Commissioner Bunch moved to approve the flyer and the motion passed unanimously.
All approvals were recorded as 'All in favor' in the meeting minutes. No amendments or dissenting votes were recorded for these items.
