Parks committee plans presence at April 11 Open Space open house; newsletter to highlight trail work

Chair said the group should join the open-space event rather than setting up separately and proposed bringing maps and an example sign to the community center. The committee also discussed a lost sign on Homestead (removed after apparently being struck by a vehicle) and plans to wait for better weather to reinstall replacements. Members agreed to put a blurb in the city newsletter about their work and to call for volunteers to help assemble and post signs.
The committee also noted Friends of Wasatch fundraisers (Hit and Giggle and WinterFest) as potential volunteer and funding partners. No actions requiring a vote were taken.
