Fulton County commissioners on Jan. 20 approved routine administrative and financial items, including minutes, accounts payable and payroll, and several County Commissioners Association-related payments and insurance renewals.
On a motion by Commissioner Randy H. Bunch, the board approved the Jan. 13, 2026 commissioners' minutes and, separately, the Jan. 13 salary board minutes. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve account payables dated Jan. 20 totaling $159,968.15. The minutes list a $140,001.80 draw on Fund 100 (General Fund) and smaller amounts allocated to Liquid Fuels ($7,356.00), SFC Technology Grant ($183.59), Law Library ($264.02), 911 ($392.50), Hazmat ($46.04), Domestic Relations ($23.45), Capital Projects ($2,291.00), Debt Service ($6,594.03) and Pass-thru Funds ($2,815.72).
Commissioner Hann also moved to approve payroll dated Jan. 23, 2026, in the amount of $126,747.73; the motion carried 'All in favor.'
Administrative approvals recorded in the minutes included: approval of the 2026 CCAP Eighth Class dues invoice for $10,323.00; authorization of a credit card approval form for Prothonotary Stephanie Sherman; execution of the 2026–2027 CCAP PCorP renewal application as presented by insurance agent Bobby Snyder; and approval of a CCAP PComp second-installment invoice for $5,575.00 toward a total contribution of $22,300. All such motions are recorded as unanimous in the minutes.
The minutes also record motions to enter executive session for personnel matters (entered at 11:22 a.m., exited at 11:27 a.m.; re-entered at 11:30 a.m.) and to adjourn at 1:36 p.m. All motions shown in the minutes are listed as 'All in favor.'
