Commissioners ratify letter supporting Emporium LSA grant, approve CDBG/HOME participation plan and other routine motions

Under new business, Commissioner Moate moved and Commissioner Zucal seconded a motion to ratify and approve a letter of support for Emporium Borough to submit an LSA grant application to reconstruct borough streets, including milling, paving and drainage rehabilitation. The motion passed unanimously.
Commissioner Zucal then moved, and Commissioner Moate seconded, to approve the CDBG and HOME Programs Citizen Participation Plan; that motion also passed unanimously.
The meeting concluded with a motion by Commissioner Zucal to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Moate; the meeting adjourned at 10:18 a.m.
