Purchasing agent Jake Volpe said the municipal electronic voting equipment agreement — submitted by the registrar of voters and procured through a Connecticut state source contract — would cover equipment provision through July 31, 2034. A board member moved “I move that we accept the generosity of the state of Connecticut. We take these machines,” and the motion was seconded and approved unanimously.
