Danbury board approves $11,000 increase to fire department Pierce OEM parts purchase order

Because the increase would exceed Holcomb’s current authority, he made a motion to amend the original purchase order to allow spending above $35,000; Cara Prunty seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
The board approved the amendment; Holcomb indicated the increase covers parts, supplies and related services on an as‑needed basis and did not list specific line items at the meeting.
