Planning board approves TownePlace master sign program for mixed-use site at US 1

The Port St. Lucie Planning & Zoning Board approved a master sign program Jan. 6 for TownePlace, an 18.51-acre mixed-use development at U.S. 1 and Savannah Club Boulevard.
Daniel Robinson, planning and zoning staff, said the program establishes consistent regulations for monument signs along U.S. 1, a residential monument sign on Savannah Club Boulevard, internal directional signs and façade signage for retail and residential buildings. Robinson told the board that the site plan review committee recommended approval on Aug. 27, 2025, and that staff found the program consistent with Section 155.3(h) of the city code.
The applicant, Richard Lundy, spoke briefly and said he was available for questions. There was no public comment. A motion to approve the master sign program passed by voice vote.
