Dr. Soobryan opened nominations for president and nominated Cochran; after nominations closed the board voted by roll call with unanimous support (Yes: Cavanagh, Hibler, Maciag, Moore, Soobryan, Cochran, Gavin). Cochran was declared president and began presiding over the meeting. For vice president, Maciag was nominated and elected by unanimous roll-call vote by the same members.
The two officer elections were part of routine reorganization business intended to establish board leadership for 2026. The meeting record shows Jessica Thompson was absent and that Mr. Burke arrived shortly after the start of the meeting. No public comments were made on the agenda items.
