Magistrate grants partial lien release for Nehemiah Circle property in Port St. Lucie

The presiding official, Kelly Rodriguez, found that testimony and documentary evidence supported the request and ordered the Nearmire/Nehemiah Circle parcel released from the lien. Rodriguez said the lien will remain in full force against the offending property and any other real property owned by the respondent, and that the partial release will be recorded in the official records of St. Lucie County only after administrative and hard costs are paid.
"If this request is granted, the non violating property can be sold free and clear of the lien," Rojas said during her presentation. The order includes the condition that administrative and hard costs attributed to the offending property be paid in full before a certified copy of the partial release is recorded.
The magistrate signed the order at the hearing. No public comment was offered on the lien matter during the hearing.
