Executive committee approves wetlands credit sale, code amendments and transportation funding requests

The committee approved Resolution No. 24, which authorizes an amendment to the agreement between Sheboygan County and the University of Wisconsin Board of Regents for the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, Sheboygan Campus, after a presentation by Corporation Counsel Crystal Fieber. Transportation Director Bryan Olson presented two transportation-related resolutions: No. 25, approving changes to the county’s Rural Functional Classification System, and No. 26, a request for sustainable transportation funding. Both resolutions were moved and seconded and the motions carried.
The minutes of the Feb. 26 Executive Committee meeting and the March 11 special meeting were approved on a motion by Supervisor William Goehring, and vouchers were later approved. Recorded minutes do not include roll-call tallies for the motions; the transcript records each motion as "carried." The committee adjourned at 10:48 a.m.
