North Haledon council adopts ordinance raising select 2025 municipal salaries

The ordinance text includes retroactivity provisions: certain positions are retroactive to Jan. 1, 2025, while others are retroactive to July 8, 2025.
Council Member George Pomianek moved to adopt the ordinance on second and final reading, Council Member Rocco Luisi seconded, and the motion carried with all members present voting in the affirmative. The municipal clerk was authorized to publish the required notice that the ordinance was adopted in accordance with law.
The ordinance will be filed in the municipal clerk’s office as part of the meeting record and implemented according to the retroactivity dates specified in the ordinance.
