"The building is around 9.5 million dollars; we are going to buy 92 percent of the building," Mayor George said during the session, adding that three current owners occupy portions that together account for the remaining roughly 8 percent and that two of those owners do not plan to move. He also said earlier ideas, including moving the police department into the firehouse, were not feasible.
