Coweta reports public-safety groundbreakings, water tower rehab, roadwork progress and completed sludge removal

City Manager Julie Casteen reported scheduled groundbreakings for the police (Feb. 5) and fire (Feb. 11) stations, ongoing Skyview water-tower interior sandblasting with weather delays, groundwater issues slowing work on 257th E Avenue (Midway Road), and completion of sludge removal from the water-treatment-plant lagoon.
