Community Development Director Jessica Zwirtz presented the final plat and the council voted unanimously to adopt the resolution on a motion by Mayor Naomi Hogue, seconded by Vice Mayor Jeremy Barnett.
The council also moved to delay action on a proposed Letter of Engagement with the Center for Economic Development Law to draft a development agreement for a Tax Increment District tied to "Project Atlas."
