FULTON COUNTY, Pa. — The Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved routine business Tuesday, including $159,968.15 in accounts payable and $126,747.73 in payroll.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch called the meeting to order and led the opening prayer and Pledge of Allegiance. No members of the public offered comments during the public-comment period.
The board voted to approve the minutes of its Jan. 13 meeting and the Jan. 13 Salary Board minutes. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the accounts-payable list dated Jan. 20, 2026; the minutes record the total as $159,968.15, with $140,001.80 charged to the General Fund and smaller allocations to Liquid Fuels, a technology grant, the law library, 911, Hazmat, Domestic Relations, Capital Projects, Debt Service and pass-through funds. The motion passed as recorded in the minutes.
Commissioner Hann also moved to approve payroll dated Jan. 23, 2026, for $126,747.73; the motion passed. The minutes record motions as unanimous ("All in favor").
The meeting also included several administrative approvals presented during a Treasurer's Office update: the board approved a CCAP Eighth Class dues invoice for $10,323.00 and authorized a credit card approval form for Prothonotary Stephanie Sherman. Insurance Agent Bobby Snyder presented the 2026–2027 CCAP PCorP renewal application, which the board approved, and Commissioner Bunch moved to pay the CCAP PComp second installment of $5,575.00 toward a stated $22,300 total contribution; that motion was recorded as approved.
The meeting minutes note that brief Safety Committee and Department Head meetings occurred; separate minutes for those sessions are on file. Commissioners entered executive session for personnel matters multiple times as recorded and adjourned at 1:36 p.m. Chief Clerk Stacey M. Shives signed the minutes.
