Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to appoint Commissioner Steven L. Wible to perform Wible’s committee duties while Wible is on medical leave; the motion passed unanimously. The minutes record an earlier abstention by Commissioner Wible from a tax appeal hearing because of a conflict of interest.
