The board approved a license agreement submitted by the Office of the Mayor with the Housatonic Resources Recovery Authority for use of a MetroStar organics unit; Boca said there was no purchase cost for the unit and that "it's just a maintenance services for it." The board voted to approve the agreement unanimously.
