Scotland Planning & Zoning Commission approves minutes, adds agenda item; Robinson Cole to send cell-tower information

Chair B. Syme called the Scotland Planning & Zoning Commission to order at 7:00 p.m. on May 21. The roll call listed members present as S. Gadbois, R. Manning, G. Nelson, B. Syme, J. Jakubowski, R. Brautigam and I. Kisluk; alternate S. Gadbois was seated for J. Troeger.
Early in the meeting Commissioner I. Kisluk requested adding an item under New Business; R. Manning moved to add the item and J. Jakubowski seconded; the minutes record the motion carried. The commission then voted to approve the minutes of the March 24, 2025 regular meeting, on a motion by J. Jakubowski seconded by S. Gadbois; the motion carried.
Administrative reports noted no enforcement actions. Under Education, Isabelle will send a list of recordings (the minutes do not specify Isabelle’s full name or title). Under communications, the minutes state that Robinson Cole will be sending information to the towns regarding the cell tower; the minutes do not include the content of that communication. The commission held an open discussion and did not enter executive session.
