Council approves liquor licenses for Mariscos El Molcajete and Rio Mimbres Golf Course

The council then considered a governmental Restaurant A liquor license for the City of Deming to operate at Rio Mimbres Golf Course. Baca said the city had met state-level requirements and framed the license as a tool to expand food-and-beverage services and support the golf course’s operations and revenue. Councilor Irma Rodriguez moved approval; Councilor Joe Milo seconded, and the motion passed 4-0.
No public opposition or conditions on the licenses were recorded during the meeting.
