Board member Dana Dworaczyk made the motion to accept the recommendations; Vinson Phillips seconded. The minutes list the vote tally as AYES: Cindy Alford, Dana Dworaczyk, Vinson Phillips and Bill Shrader; NAYS: None. The minutes record the motion as carried, 4-0.
