Tiffany O'Donnell, the district's Instructional Support Coordinator, and Principal Ryan Abraham reviewed the campus identification ratings for 2023–24 and 2024–25, summarized the Effective Schools Framework levers guiding the plan and described diagnostic findings. They said the district secured an Effective Schools Grant to support improvement efforts and that the campus has shown measurable growth since the grant began.
The TIP presented includes an analysis of STAAR results for 2024 and 2025 with identified areas of growth and an action plan to address continuing needs. O'Donnell and Abraham described required TIP elements such as targeted interventions, professional development aligned to identified levers, and progress measures the district will use to monitor outcomes. Board discussion did not result in a vote; the presentation was informational and intended to fulfill state and grant reporting requirements necessary to maintain funding.
