At its March 11, 2026 regular session the Adair County Board of Supervisors approved a set of routine claims, personnel wage changes and engineer contracts.
Financial approvals included claims totaling $19,268.34 (Auxiant HRA Ins Trust $19,032.11; Wex Bank $39.53; Windstream $196.70) allocated across the General Fund, Rural Services and the Adair County Insurance Trust. The board approved township clerk wages of $80 for Amanda Pickrell and raised the on-call maintenance/snow removal wage for Nathan Reed to $20 per hour, effective immediately.
On engineering matters, the board authorized signing the FY26 FM Rock Contract FM-C001(135)—55-01 and the associated performance bond; approved a right-of-way contract with Weinheimer Farms for $1,334.49 for the W26 Prussia RCB Culvert Project LFM-LRCBW26P—7X-0; and approved front pages of plans for the W26 Prussia culvert and the W36 Lincoln Bridge Project L-LBRW36L—73-01. The county engineer reported upcoming projects and a March 16 anticipated start for a preconstruction operation with marked detours.
