Adair County approves $281,322 road surfacing contract and sets right-of-way compensation rates

Adair County’s Board of Supervisors on Feb. 25 accepted a bid from Schildberg Construction Co. Inc. for $281,322.30 to carry out the FY26 FM Granular Surfacing Project (FMCOO1(135)-55-01) and authorized County Engineer Nick Kauffman to sign contract documents after submission of the contractor’s bond and insurance.
