Program highlights she listed include a pet food pantry, a vaccine clinic, live-trap rentals, an ongoing microchipping project and a 2026 target to expand trap-neuter-return (TNR) work.
Wiley asked for community support in the form of donations of supplies, animal-care products and financial contributions; she promoted an app-based fundraising game called TREAT that lets players “treat” a dog and triggers food donations to the shelter. The minutes record the presentation but do not indicate further action by the board.
